About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Build Administrator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Site Build Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and distribute site weekly notes and reports
- Assist in taking minutes for project review meetings and ensure accurate records are maintained
- Collate and post delivery tickets to the office
- Produce letters, reports, and memos as required using Microsoft Office packages
- Complete audits on inspection reports, photograph completed work, and collate to send to relevant authorities
- Provide administrative support to site personnel to ensure the efficient running of developments
- Order PPE, workwear, and stationery items as needed
- Arrange and support meetings and events
- Assist the site Project Manager as required
- Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system
- Assist with the collation of paperwork for handovers, including uploading to relevant systems and scanning documentation
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and use own initiative when required
- Professional and positive attitude
- Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Experience of working in a site environment is desirable
- Good knowledge of health and safety requirements on site
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent numeric and literacy skills
