In this pivotal moment, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to assume a leadership role in our team as the Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy. This position demands strong leadership skills and a blend of conceptual thinking, innovation, and executional craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital-led marketing and brand strategies as the business works towards its centenary year in 2027.
  • Lead the development of a brand awareness plan to build Le Chameau's presence within current and target customer demographics in existing territories and those planned for expansion.
  • Steer the creative direction focusing on the continued commercial success of the brand.
  • Develop strong audience-focused marketing priorities that build the foundation for brand, content, product, and growth marketing campaigns.
  • Deepen audience insights through developing a quantitative and qualitative understanding of brand and market trends including awareness, perception, and engagement.
  • Balance D2C and B2B marketing strategies ensuring these align with the overall commercial growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with an international fashion/apparel brand.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing and brand strategy for premium brands.
  • Experience working in an omnichannel retail environment including D2C and B2B.
  • A digital-native with leadership experience in a senior marketing role within a digital and data-led environment.
  • Expert digital marketer who is able to combine brand storytelling and digital growth.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Passionate customer advocacy, particularly in digital customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, brand, and expansion into new markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
