Role Overview

The Head of Brand Marketing will play a key role in driving business growth and enhancing brand recognition for The Thinking Traveller. This senior position involves overseeing the brand marketing and creative team, developing and executing brand marketing plans, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing and customer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness with the luxury consumer, increase engagement and sentiment, and driving customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and departments to oversee the creation of marketing initiatives, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Ensure consistent and elevated brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Manage the brand marketing and creative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Oversee the briefing and production of marketing materials, including digital marketing and site content, social content, print collateral, and advertising.
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Significant and demonstrable experience in marketing, particularly within a senior Head of or Senior Manager role for a consumer brand.
  • Proven track record of successful brand management and marketing campaign execution.
  • Experience and passion for the Mediterranean.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in owned channel digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
