About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Advisor at Village Hotels - Warrington Office. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries in a timely, confident, and professional manner, displaying a clear and comprehensive knowledge of our hotels, facilities, and services.
  • Sales and Upselling: Take every opportunity to upsell and refer business to our guests, ensuring that all revenue opportunities are maximised.
  • Communication and Documentation: Ensure that all communication and correspondence are logged accurately and relevant stakeholders are advised of action required.
  • Issue Resolution: Support with the resolution of complaints and issues politely and swiftly, ensuring that customers are fully communicated with on the steps to be taken and time scales.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close sales, with a track record of delivering sales and service in a hospitality environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to accurately capture and record customer information.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different work types and priorities, with a flexible and can-do attitude.
