Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Expert. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
    • Proactively approach customers to offer help and advice, based on their individual needs and requirements.
    • Help create a welcoming and engaging retail environment, including display and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Journey Management
    • Plan and manage the customer journey, ensuring that customers receive relevant information and support throughout their visit.
    • Present a balanced presentation of funding options to customers, following compliance processes and requirements.
  • Aftersales Support
    • Help facilitate the basic needs of our aftersales customers, working closely with the aftersales team to provide seamless service.
  • Test Drive Experience
    • Help facilitate the test drive experience, including product presentation and documentation.
  • Order Processing
    • Work with managers to secure and process vehicle orders, utilizing Mercedes-Benz platforms as applicable.
  • Customer Handover
    • Help arrange and agree handover details for customers who purchase a vehicle, working with admin and vehicle progress chaser.
  • Follow-up and Reappointment
    • Assist in following up with previous visitors and enquiries, revisiting and reappointing where suitable.

  • Customer Service
    • Ability to provide a first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Passion for the product and ability to keep up to date with the latest Mercedes-Benz information.
