The Role

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team. As an Assistant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering healthy, nutritious, and fun menus for our students and staff. You will focus on delivering high-quality food and service while showcasing your creativity and flair.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare menus using provided recipes and ensure food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety compliance.
  • Produce hospitality services as per client requests.
  • Supervise the team and build relationships with clients and customers.
  • Provide a friendly and polite customer service experience.
About You

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. You will have:

  • Knowledge of education catering and experience with fresh ingredients.
  • Excellent craft skills and attention to detail.
  • Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 certification (further training available).
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Computer literacy and experience with different systems.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to learn and achieve.
