As a key player in our logistics operations, the Operations Team Leader will oversee the night shift from Tuesday to Saturday, working from 2:30 AM to 11:00 AM. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their careers in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

£28,142 Per Annum
About the Role
In this newly established position at our Oxford facility, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse departments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and allocating resources effectively to maintain product packing accuracy.
- Managing the flow of products within the department to optimize efficiency.
- Upholding health and safety standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
