About the Role

Baxter is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our cross-functional Warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving and booking in raw materials, locating raw materials in the Warehouse as required, processing and loading Baxter goods and Raw Materials for dispatch, and supporting the day-to-day running of the Warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and book in raw materials
  • Locate raw materials in Warehouse as required
  • Process and load Baxter goods and Raw Materials for dispatch
  • Support in day-to-day running of the Warehouse duties
  • Work as part of cross-functional team and learn various jobs in Warehouse areas to support the business
  • Work on own initiative as and when required
  • Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP company & corporate policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Provide cover for colleagues
  • Notify Quality assurance, Team Leaders and Supervisors of any deviations from the process
  • Place orders where needed for Raw Material and items required for Production
  • Replenish Stock locations when needed

Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and task management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work with autonomy
  • Computer skills – familiar and comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience in working in a regulated environment/GMP would be advantageous
