We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Capital Manager to join our team at Finitas. As a key member of our Risk and Capital function, you will play a pivotal role in developing our risk management function and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and optimize capital allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a risk management culture and ensure effective risk governance
- Design and execute stress and scenario testing to inform business decisions and optimize capital management
- Prepare and submit ORSA reports to regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Validate risk management processes and controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
