About the Role:

CPM Ireland is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist dedicated to the SME sector. This position is essential for driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of SME and SOHO clients, utilizing remote sales techniques.
  • Consistently meet and surpass established performance metrics.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of your sales pipeline and customer needs.
  • Implement structured planning to optimize outreach and engagement with potential clients.
  • Maintain meticulous records of personal activities to maximize customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Adhere to the highest compliance standards set by the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy in completing customer applications and documentation.

Functional Duties:

  • Provide insights on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Continuously research and stay informed about industry products and services.
  • Represent CPM and its partners with professionalism and integrity.
  • Update CRM systems daily to ensure data accuracy.
  • Deliver solutions that provide value to both clients and the company.
  • Complete all tasks in compliance with training and guidelines.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a high-pressure sales environment, preferably within the Business or Telecoms sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to multitask effectively, updating systems in real-time during client interactions.
