Position Overview:

CPM Ireland is currently seeking an SME Sales Account Executive to join our team, representing one of our prominent clients in the telecommunications sector.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager and will operate from our central office.

This role is focused on achieving sales objectives through the acquisition of new clients within the SME sector, as well as generating leads and finalizing sales in the Telecoms industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated customer portfolio, engaging with SME and SOHO clients remotely.
  • Meet and exceed established KPI targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of your customer pipeline.
  • Implement structured planning to optimize efficiency and prospect volume.
  • Maintain detailed personal activity management to maximize customer interactions and sales outcomes.
  • Adhere to the highest compliance standards set by the organization.
  • Ensure accurate completion of applications on behalf of customers.

Functional Duties:

  • Provide insights on competitors and industry trends.
  • Continuously research new and existing products and services offered by competitors.
  • Represent CPM and our client in a consistently professional manner.
  • Perform daily updates in the CRM to maintain accurate information.
  • Deliver solutions that provide value to both the customer and our client.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal and external guidelines.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by your line manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, preferably in the Business or Telecoms sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets in a sales or similar demanding role.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to multitask effectively, updating systems in real-time during customer interactions.
