We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Harper Recruitment Group. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting the credit function for a leading apparel company.
About the Role:- Chase customers for aged debts using templates
- Assist with customer account reconciliation, including reaching out to customers and completing a tracker
- Organise a shared mailbox to improve response time
- Prepare and send invoices and statements to customers
- Process SEPA mandates and set up direct debit in customer master data
- Assist with the daily order releases via strict aged debt analysis and strict approval levels
- Customer master data maintenance such as blocking accounts and amending payment terms
- Set up SEPA payment plans in SAP agreed between Controller and customer
- Experience in an office environment
- Credit control experience is desirable
- Good MS Office Excel skills
- Great attention to detail
The successful candidate will be office based for 2 weeks of training, then will move to hybrid working - 2 days working from home (Monday and Friday) and 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). If you have experience in credit control or a related field, we would love to hear from you.
