Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Washroom Products to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating specifications and selling our high-quality manufactured range of washrooms, toilet cubicles, vanity units, lockers, panels, and benching to architects, interior designers, and tier 1 contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate specifications and sell our products to architects, interior designers, and tier 1 contractors
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conduct company CPD presentations to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Meet and exceed sales targets and team targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in specification sales, dealing with architects, interior designers, and main contractors
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to get on with diverse personalities
- Excellent analytical, negotiating, and decision-making abilities
- Results-oriented, hungry, personable, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team targets
