Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team at W Executive. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement within our diverse supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Provide strategic direction for the procurement of goods and/or services aligned to corporate objectives.
  • Category Management: Lead procurement category management projects to ensure continuous improvement and stakeholder value.
  • Global Sourcing: Lead complex global sourcing projects to ensure continuous improvement and stakeholder value.
  • Risk Management: Manage vendor risk and drive vendor innovation.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Guide and influence a wide range of senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate a commercially astute approach to procurement.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize strong data analysis skills to support strategic procurement decision making.
  • Project Management: Lead large-scale negotiations and execute complex sourcing processes.
  • Communication: Provide clear and precise project progress reporting.
  • Category Expertise: Demonstrate experience within category management.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Willingness to learn Financial Services relevant standards, directives, and regulations.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £65,000 to £75,000 plus corporate benefits.
