Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team in Worcester or Milton Keynes. As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reconciliations. You will work closely with our finance team to investigate and resolve any discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with our finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reconciliations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our financial operations and services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong understanding of financial reconciliations and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex financial discrepancies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
