Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our Reconciliations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reconciliations, working closely with stakeholders to resolve queries and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure reconciliations are completed in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve queries efficiently, providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues and external partners.
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with the role, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with various departments and external parties to resolve reconciliation queries.
  • Manage incoming queries from within the business, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in assisting with other areas of the team, as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, including reconciliations.
  • Good academic background, with strong grades in subjects such as Maths and/or English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing own workload and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
