Education Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team at EdEx - Education Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit high-quality education professionals for our clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Utilize effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Education Recruitment
  • Excellent written and spoken English essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Competitive basic salary of ~£24,000 - £30,000
  • Minimum OTE 45-50k for an experienced consultant
