Crisis Clinician - Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our expanding team as a Crisis Clinician. As a key member of our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT), you will play a vital role in delivering excellent crisis mental health support across the county.

As a Crisis Clinician, you will work closely with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide recovery-focused psycho-social crisis intervention. You will coordinate plans of care with other Oxford Health teams and agencies to ensure seamless transitions between services.

  • Deliver recovery-focused psycho-social crisis intervention to service users and their families
  • Coordinate plans of care with other Oxford Health teams and agencies

Requirements
  • RMN registration
  • Post-qualified Older adult or adult experience or equivalent
  • Own car or access to alternative travel for business use
