Position Overview

We are in search of a Social Media Manager who possesses a deep passion for social media, content creation, and strategic planning to join our dynamic team.

You will collaborate with various departments including client services, creative, production, performance, and social media teams to produce impactful social media content and effective paid media strategies for both national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive social media strategies and content calendars across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Podcasts) for both paid and organic initiatives.
  • Partner with Creative and Production teams to brainstorm and implement campaigns utilizing diverse media formats.
  • Support the creation and management of influencer campaigns.
  • Establish tone of voice guidelines for brand communication.
  • Schedule and distribute content across client channels, including community management as necessary.
  • Generate detailed monthly reports with analysis to offer insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee all project activities and processes essential for the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a thorough understanding of the social media landscape.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial social media role, preferably within an agency or with B2C/D2C/ecommerce brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including content planning, ideation, and analytics (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
  • Experience in areas such as influencer marketing, community management, creative brief development, data-driven listening tools, and comprehensive reporting is advantageous.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and share ideas effectively with both internal teams and clients.
  • Strong creative skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is organized and driven.
  • A collaborative team player with a client-focused approach and the ability to foster strong working relationships.
