We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Development Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business development activities across the region, working closely with our broker development support executive to establish and execute clear sales strategies and detailed broker development plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing relationships with brokers and trading partners
- Manage a large panel of brokers and distribution partners, acting as the facilitator of all trading activity and responsible for day-to-day and overall relationship management of designated accounts
- Develop detailed business development plans and engage with distribution partners to ensure achievement of business development objectives
- Foster close working collaborations with all functional areas of the business to deliver our proposition to the market
- Represent the business at all levels with major distribution partners and customers
- Continuously seek opportunities to leverage existing relationships and create new relationships with brokers and distributors to drive profitable business development
About the Role:
This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be an ambassador for our people, products, and brand, and will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the Midlands region.
