Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our commercial property managers, assisting with the day-to-day running of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist commercial property managers with the preparation of monthly reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Respond to general tenant inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Update councils and utility companies of tenancy changes, maintaining accurate records.
  • Organize property inspections, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Assist with managing tenant debts, working closely with the property management team.
  • Prepare and distribute service charge reports, providing clear and concise information.
  • Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a commercial property management environment.
