Commercial Property Management Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is currently working with a leading Commercial Property Consultancy based in London to find an experienced Associate Director Property Management to join their growing business unit.

About the Role

  • As an Associate Director Property Management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely payment of rents and collection of arrears, and liaising with tenants on maintenance issues and ad hoc tenancy matters.
  • You will also be responsible for keeping all Statutory Health and Safety inspections up to date, and for undertaking minor works between tenancies and liaising with the projects team for larger scale works.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting new tenants, processing insurance claims, and drawing up accurate client reports.
  • You will also be expected to attend client meetings, serve notices, and attend court proceedings as necessary.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for liaising with utility companies, keeping the list of utilities paid by tenants to managing agent up to date, and ensuring charges are being raised by accounts and payment collection.

Requirements

  • Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • 2+ Years experience specialising in Commercial Property Management
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills

What You'll Get
