Position Overview: We are collaborating with a prominent UK organization in search of a Senior Manager for Executive Rewards. This role offers flexibility with hybrid working arrangements.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Head of Reward and will concentrate on Executive Compensation. You will be responsible for leading remuneration reports for Director and Executive levels, managing policy frameworks, and overseeing external remuneration assessments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating the strategy and approach for Executive Reward, along with policy frameworks.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative standards in all processes and designs.
  • Leading a dedicated team of four Executive Reward Specialists.
  • Planning and executing the annual reward and bonus cycle.
  • Providing ongoing support to the Executive team regarding queries.
  • Conducting external benchmarking.
  • Managing reporting and risk obligations.

Candidate Profile: To qualify for this role, you should possess substantial expertise in Executive Reward, preferably within the Financial Services sector or a Consultancy environment. Experience in a complex matrix organization is essential, along with the ability to deliver results efficiently. Your senior stakeholder management experience and knowledge of Executive Reward will be crucial in driving innovation and enhancing employee experiences while balancing various demands.

A proven track record of translating intricate business needs is vital, as are exceptional senior stakeholder relationship skills. You should be able to demonstrate your capability in leading and designing a comprehensive and innovative Executive Reward strategy.

Work Environment: The organization promotes a hybrid working model, typically requiring two days per week in the office, with occasional travel to other locations. The company is recognized for its commitment to career development and progression, and you will be part of a larger HR team.
