We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our Under 18's Crisis Service, you will play a vital role in providing community-based intensive support to children, young people, and their families across Norfolk and Waveney.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver clinical interventions and risk assessments to support young people and their families
- Develop and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships to reduce risks and promote positive outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and care
- Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 12 months post-qualification experience in a mental health setting
- Effective risk assessment and risk management skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use email and internet
