Job Title: Qualified Child Protection Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate social worker to join our team. As a Qualified Child Protection Social Worker, you will work closely with families to provide support and guidance, helping them to create a safe and nurturing environment for their children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one training and support to parents to aid their ability to provide appropriate parenting and ensure a safer, happier home environment for their children.
  • Work closely with local authorities' children's services in cases involving families on child protection plans or in court proceedings.
  • Support the reunification of children with their parents through our therapeutic service.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with families, understanding their cultural and religious practices that influence child upbringing.
