About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Coordinator to join our team at Huda Beauty. As a key member of our retail development team, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable and profitable growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth and market share across Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer buyers, launch coordinators, and marketing teams.
  • Manage full product launch processes, from product presentation and registration to launch plans, visual merchandising, and performance analysis.
  • Collate and analyze weekly sales reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to contribute to day-to-day tasks and longer-term projects.
  • Conduct regular website reviews, providing insights on competitor activity and suggesting improvements.
  • Support the execution of promotions and initiatives to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • General understanding of the beauty retail landscape with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Results-driven individual with excellent commercial acumen and ability to work with Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent team player with a flexible and determined approach to work.
