The enthusiasm behind the brand is contagious, and as we expand, we are always on the lookout for exceptional talent who wish to contribute to our success and help propel our limitless ambitions.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven National Account Coordinator to join our outstanding UK commercial team on a fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will report to the National Account Manager and assist in propelling the UK business to achieve financial targets, uphold a strong brand presence in the market, and sustain the brand's dynamic growth. You will possess a commercial mindset with a natural flair for achieving creative outcomes and ambitious objectives. You should be highly numerate, analytical, target-oriented, commercially astute, and passionate about the beauty industry.

As a National Account Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Performance Management

  • Compile and organize weekly sales reports, gathering and disseminating key retail insights, category data, and individual store performance metrics to identify retail opportunities.
  • Maintain flexibility to respond to retail trends and maximize opportunities across various retailers.
  • Assist the NAM with all net and retail sales forecasting for designated retailers/regions, adhering to all financial deadlines, and promptly flagging risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee, manage, and enhance net sales performance: ensure proactive inventory and assortment management in close collaboration with Customer Supply Chain.
  • Lead the effective monitoring of retailers' inventory to ensure 100% on-shelf availability across all retail partners, working closely with Supply Chain and regional stock managers.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by business needs.

Trading Relationships

  • Establish and nurture excellent relationships with all key retail partners, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is viewed as a collaborative and proactive trading partner.
  • Collaborate closely with retail partners to plan and facilitate the successful launch of all new product developments throughout the year, submitting necessary operational forms promptly and ensuring sufficient stock is sold to meet targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams at Charlotte Tilbury.
  • Support the NAM by collaborating with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design in creating and executing an annual plan for each retailer that encompasses: activation of key launches and marketing moments, events, and store/retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Position yourself as the primary contact within the commercial team for all stock and allocation-related inquiries from customer supply chain and other operational functions.
  • Work closely with the NAM to support finance and align on retail and net forecasts, as well as weekly net sales updates, forecast phasing, and outlooks, identifying risks and opportunities.

Who You Will Collaborate With:

  • You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the National Accounts Team in managing the Charlotte Tilbury business across our UK region, reporting directly to one of our skilled National Account Managers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a coordinator in a Commercial/National Accounts team or other relevant functions is advantageous.
  • Structured and organized, yet comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
  • Hands-on practical approach, willing to engage when necessary and eager to learn.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communicator, both in writing and verbally.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to workload.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Charlotte Tilbury is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where agile mindsets, striving for excellence, and a desire to be part of a global #dreamteam are essential. While we have certain requirements, our experience and background are merely guidelines; we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, provided necessary skills can be demonstrated.

Benefits
  • Join this values-driven, high-growth, magical journey with a vision to empower everyone, everywhere to be the best version of themselves.
  • We offer a hybrid model with flexibility, allowing you to work in a way that suits you best.
  • 25 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) with an additional day to celebrate your birthday.
  • Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents and caregivers throughout their parenting and caring journey.
  • Financial security and planning with our pension and life assurance for all employees.
  • Wellness and social benefits including Medicash, Employee Assistance Programs, and regular social events with colleagues.
  • Bring your furry friend to work on designated dog-friendly days and in designated spaces.
  • And not to forget our generous product discount and gifting opportunities.

At Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, our mission is to empower everyone in the world to be the most beautiful version of themselves. We celebrate and support this by encouraging and hiring individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, voices, beliefs, and perspectives into our growing global workforce.
