The Accounts Coordinator will work closely with the National Account Director and become an integral part of a dynamic and progressive team. This role involves analyzing incoming data to empower the National Accounts Team in making well-informed strategic choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the National Accounts team with the onboarding of new products.
- Coordinating with internal departments that engage with our National Accounts team for necessary information.
- Supporting retailer project administration and organizing product sampling for our retail partners.
- Overseeing the reconciliation and documentation of invoices associated with promotional initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable accounts coordinator/account management role.
- Experience in national accounts administration or retail supplier administration is advantageous.
- Background in either a UK retailer head office or as a branded supplier to retail chains is a plus.
- Familiarity with EPOS data.
- Exceptional Excel capabilities for data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A methodical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
