About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Telford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans.

Requirements
  • Experience working with learning disabled adults or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Access to a car and a driving license (desirable).
