Job Opportunity

We're seeking a talented individual to join our customer operations team as an Energy Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

About the Role

  1. Provide top-notch customer service over the phone and via email, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.
  2. Support customers with a range of queries, from billing to meter exchanges, using your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging state-of-the-art technology and collaborating with a supportive team to achieve our goals.
  4. Develop strong relationships with customers, using your excellent communication skills to build trust and confidence.
  5. Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting diversity and equality in all aspects of our work.

Requirements

  1. Previous customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. A basic DBS check will be required.
  4. A minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work variable hours.
