About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Climate Change and Energy Advisor. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate the challenges of the energy crisis.

As a Climate Change and Energy Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling challenging questions about energy costs, and offering reassuring advice to customers across the country. You'll work closely with our team to develop creative solutions to complex problems, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end customer service, taking full responsibility for all customer queries and issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement solutions to complex customer problems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers receive a positive and supportive experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of enthusiasm, diversity, and sustainability.
