About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Climate Change and Energy Advisor. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in helping our customers navigate the challenges of the energy crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their concerns and queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement creative solutions to complex customer issues.
  • Contribute to the development of our customer experience strategy, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
