Job Summary:

Venture Recruitment Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join an established supplier of industrial equipment based in the UK. As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in the company's financial management team, working closely with the management to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including management accounts and VAT returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to the management team to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of the company's financial plans and budgets.
  • Financial Control: Ensure the company's financial systems and processes are in place and operating effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: AAT qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities.
