About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Preston area.

This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve Outstanding ratings
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
