Job Summary: We are seeking a BABCP accredited Counselling or Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in working with Learning Disabilities to join our team in Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with Learning Disabilities.
- Deliver therapeutic support and guidance tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to support care planning and treatment pathways.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with professional standards.
- Offer consultations and psychological input to staff and families as needed.
Requirements:
- BABCP accreditation is essential.
- Qualified Counselling or Clinical Psychologist with significant experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities.
- Strong assessment, therapeutic, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Must have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
