Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our care services
- Lead and manage a team of Care Professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients
- Collaborate with the Director to coordinate the setup and development of new care services
- Network and build relationships with local stakeholders to promote our services and raise awareness of our brand
- Recruit, train, and develop Care Professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
- Conduct quality assurance visits and implement quality control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage and resolve complaints and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our services
- Extensive experience in care management with a strong background in customer service and people management
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth
- Strong influencing and leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Flexibility to meet the demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota
- Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5
