Join Our Team as a Project Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our team at the Health Innovation Network South London (HIN). As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for our projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line responses to queries, managing project documentation, and coordinating meetings and events. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure the successful delivery of our projects, which focus on enabling the adoption of innovation in health and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for projects, including managing project documentation and coordinating meetings and events
  • Respond to queries and provide first-line support to project teams
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Assist with the development and implementation of project plans and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as project management or administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
