Job Description

Role Overview

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Business Development

Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within our existing client base, working closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue.

Account Management

Manage and coordinate the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Communication and Reporting

Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date at all times.

Problem Solving and Resolution

Work closely with clients to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, providing solutions and recommendations to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

  1. Experience

Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.

Knowledge

Strong knowledge of the property and conveyancing industry, with a good understanding of the services we offer.

Highly motivated and organized individual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
