About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver to join our team at Europcar Group. As a Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering and collecting our vehicles for our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Delivery and Collection: Safely transport vehicles to and from our locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Ensure all vehicles are properly prepared for delivery, including fueling, cleaning, and conducting basic vehicle checks.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Identify and report any maintenance issues with our vehicles, ensuring prompt repairs and minimizing downtime.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and promoting our brand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and collection, and to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
  • Driving Experience: A minimum of 4 years of driving experience, with a valid clean driving license.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
