Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in executing technical design tasks in accordance with relevant design standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and budgets to meet critical milestones.
  • Collaborate with teams in the UK and internationally to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards in all design work.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer.
  • Proven experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the design and analysis of heavy concrete and steel structures, along with familiarity with current design standards and practices, including British Standards and American codes.
  • Proficient in utilizing structural analysis software.
  • Experience in the nuclear sector, particularly in the design and implementation of safety-related structures, systems, and components (preferred, but dependent on overall experience).
