Location: Shropshire

Gross Annual Pay: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Children's Residential service in Shropshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planned and Emergency Admissions
  • Bridging Placements
  • Developing and implementing daily programs tailored to meet individual needs
