Job Summary:

Circle Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as an Onsite Technical Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain and update client IT infrastructure, including desktops, servers, and networking equipment
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services to our clients
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve IT efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working onsite at customer sites troubleshooting
  • Excellent experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Good experience with network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, and switches)
  • Experience with Apple/Mac and virtual servers is beneficial
