Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team at CMC Markets. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to acquire and retain customers.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform campaign strategy and optimize towards key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and publish top-of-the-funnel content for lead generation, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Work with the product team to develop and execute product marketing campaigns, including product launches and updates.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategy and product development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including affiliates, influencers, and industry thought-leaders.
  • Assist in the development and execution of event marketing campaigns, including trade shows and conferences.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and sales sheets.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree from a reputable university
  • A genuine interest in Investments and/or Fintech and CMC Markets
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
  • Basic financial markets and industry knowledge
