Your Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated support team, assisting individuals who have lived together for an extended period. Your support will be crucial for those who require assistance with mobility and daily activities, ensuring they can live their best lives.

We value community engagement, enjoying outings, and shared activities. We appreciate routine and consistency, and it's essential for our support staff to understand our preferences and needs. Having a mix of male and female support staff is beneficial, and strong listening skills are crucial.

Work Environment:

This service operates from a well-equipped bungalow, featuring communal spaces and private rooms designed for comfort and accessibility. The environment is conducive to both relaxation and social interaction, with outdoor spaces available for use during pleasant weather.
