We are in search of a skilled professional for the role of Orthopaedic Technician within our esteemed Division of Surgery. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the orthopaedic imaging services, collaborating closely with the radiology team to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the technical staff to optimize orthopaedic imaging services
- Oversee daily operations, including patient scheduling and staff management
- Ensure all personnel are trained and proficient in accordance with departmental policies
- Encourage ongoing improvement and quality assurance in service delivery
- Foster a culture of excellence and high performance among team members

Qualifications:
Education/Certifications
- SOR accredited cannulation and management training
- Postgraduate qualification in MRI or equivalent (preferred)
Skills/Expertise
- Exceptional management and leadership skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of MRI physics
- Relevant experience in a similar role (preferred)
Experience/Background
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in MRI
