Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team at CCR Recruitment Group. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients manage their outstanding utility bills and arrears.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our clients' customers in finding suitable resolutions to manage their outstanding bills and arrears.
- Work closely with our field agents to set up and agree payment plans and process payments from customers.
- Operate in a contact centre environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist our clients' customers.
- Update relevant CRM systems with information from calls, including updates, resolutions, and other relevant data.
- Liaise directly with our clients to establish the correct resolutions for their customers.
- Manage calls within the company's agreed quality framework.
- Drive your own performance to achieve required results.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
