Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in the Cheshire area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing care homes for older people, particularly those with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality person-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective staff management strategies to promote a positive and supportive work environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve outstanding care standards and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills and ability to lead by example
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to deliver the highest quality care
