Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to join our team at SCR. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our residential and supported living service in the Cheshire area.

About the Role:

The Registered Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities
  • Leading a team of staff to deliver person-centered care and achieve outstanding results
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of service users
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding results and deliver high-quality care
