We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead the setup of a new Care Home scheme in Crewe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Supported Living Services, ensuring all Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements are implemented effectively to deliver a high-quality service provision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Care Home scheme
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve high-quality service provision
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent care services
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
