Job Title: NEPTS Information Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized NEPTS Information Analyst to join our team at East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the local management team, ensuring the efficient and effective management of administrative tasks and projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Support the local management team with estates and facilities management
  • Audit completion and documentation
  • Support to the local management and HR team
  • Input and maintenance of databases
  • Ambulance station site visits
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent keyboard and administration skills, with a proven track record of completing projects and reports to a high standard. Previous NHS experience is an advantage.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize their workload effectively. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the administration team, local management, and HR team.

The role will involve working closely with the administration team, local management, and HR team to maintain day-to-day operations and deliver high standards of support and administration.
